To keep it safe for everyone, you may not use First Light, or build or publish anything with it, that does the following.Illegal or harmfulBreaks the law, or helps someone else break it.Sexually exploits or endangers children, in any way. We report it to the authorities.Threatens, harasses, bullies or incites violence against anyone, or promotes terrorism or violent extremism.Promotes self-harm, or sells or arranges illegal drugs, weapons or other regulated goods without the licences the law requires.Shares someone's private information without permission, or sexual images of anyone without their consent.DeceptiveImpersonates a person, business or government, or pretends to be affiliated with one.Phishing: collects passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information under false pretences.Fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, fake reviews, or misleading health or financial claims.Hides that it is collecting visitors' personal information, or uses it in ways visitors were not told about.Other people's rightsInfringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including using others' photos, logos or text without permission.Sends spam or unsolicited messages.The Service itselfAttacks, probes or overloads First Light or anyone else's systems, including malware, denial of service, or getting around our limits and security.Accesses accounts, apps or data that are not yours.Uses the builder to create malware or tools meant to cause harm.Resells or gives others access to First Light in bulk without our written agreement, or uses automated means to create accounts.Hosts files for download that have nothing to do with the app, or uses First Light as general file storage.Adult contentFirst Light strictly prohibits the generation, hosting, or sharing of adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content. We do not allow adult content on our platform under any circumstances, regardless of user age. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts and delete any generated web apps that violate this policy.What happens if something breaks this policyWe may remove content, take an app offline, or suspend or close an account, depending on how serious it is. Where it is safe and lawful, we tell you what happened and give you a chance to fix it. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.Reporting a problemIf you see an app on First Light that breaks this policy, email support@fl.app with its web address and what is wrong.Copyright complaints. If you believe an app on First Light infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent: YouZag Inc., Attn: Copyright Agent, 1127 Lake Legro Ct., Orlando, FL 32835, support@fl.app. Your notice must include your physical or electronic signature; the work you believe is infringed; the web address of the material you want removed; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We remove or disable the material and tell the app's owner, who may send a counter-notice. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
